In a food processor grind large amounts of garlic, ginger, onions, etc. Then fill glass bottles with them. Cover them in light oil and store them in the fridge. They're ready when you need them. You dont even have to add oil when cooking with them. Saves a lot of time.

Eating is such an important part of our lives. Think of how many conversations revolve around the dinner table or the kitchen. There are so many diverse meals available to meet everyone's tastes. Shepherds pie, pot roast with potatoes and beef stroganoff are a few comforting meals that are a great fit for a sit-down family dinner. For those who want a little spice in their diet Thai and Indian curries of every variety are delicious. A green leaf salad is a great way to add some healthy foods into your meal. With the salad you can add almost any toppings of your choice, from shredded carrots to feta cheese to mandarin oranges. It's a great way to cater to picky eaters in the family.

How to bake the best ham you've ever eaten! Prepare your ham early in the morning or right before going to bed. Place ham on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to loosely seal around the ham. If you use the smaller cut of foil, place two pieces together. Fold one side or end over about four times; crease the fold tightly to keep it from coming apart. Open it up to make one large sheet of foil. Place your ham in the center. Gently pull up the foil around the ham to form a sort of "bowl" and pour in any seasoning or glazing mixture. Don't use too much! Pull foil up and tightly but loosely seal around the ham. You don't want ANY steam or liquid to escape. Place in a baking pan in case you do lose drippings.

Bake at 150 degrees F for at least 8 hours. You can leave, go shopping, go to bed, whatever as there is no need to watch over or check your ham. During cooking do not at any time open that foil! After 8+ hours, open the foil and remove your ham, being careful not to get a burn from steam or hot ham. You now have a mouth-wateringly delicious most tender ham that has cooked in its own juices to retain the flavor and moisture. Family and/or guests will tell you it is THE best ham they've ever eaten!

Cut onions in half and put them in water for a few min. That way you won't cry when you're chopping them.

Brown ground beef with green pepper, onion, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Stir in a can of mushroom soup when browned for a tasty hamburger gravy. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. Hope you enjoy my recipe.

Use soy cheese that's low fat and whole grain flour for a new twist for pizza lovers who are more conscious about their health. Top it with olive oil, fresh garlic, calamari, veggies, shrimp, clams, etc. for a treat that's delicious and wholesome. One of the big pizza chains could run with this.

Why not a scratch 'n sniff recipe cookbook where you'd scratch a sticker next to the instructions to smell the pie, cake or roast beef dinner in the recipe? Then you'd know if it's gross beforehand and not waste your time. ha
